Configurable Ring Oscillator Dataset

This is a table of the results of testing 85 Xilinx Spartan (XC3S500E) FPGAs, each having 20 frequency samples taken of each of 8 different loop configurations of the 512 ring oscillators on the Spartan board. These were measured with the board operating in a standard room-temperature environment (~25C) and with an input voltage of the standard 1.2V.

Usage/Help

Statistics

Each column has a column title, e.g. Board ID Number, Sample Number, Oscillator Number, etc. Clicking on this column title will toggle the column to be sorted in ascending or descending order.

Below each column title is a search box that acts as a filter for that particular column. The first three columns will match exactly what is typed into the box; however, the last three columns are used as a range sort. This means that you can use the '=','<', and '>' symbols to match ranges of values.

If you wish to download a .csv of the current display on screen, click the CSV button in the upper right corner of the table, if you would like to download the entire dataset, the see the Download Data page in the side navigation bar.


This section currently allows for entering the data of the chip ID number (Ex: D059546) and the Ring Oscillator number (0-511) and then returns the chip level statistics if only the Chip ID is entered or the Oscillator level statistics if both fields are filled.
